I found on internet an I also have the same problem. Windows Vista doesn't support SAMP ( San Andreas Multi-Player ). I ever tried SAMP on Windows XP and it work fine. But since I get new laptop with Windows Vista operating system, there was error when i tried to run it. Many same error message appear when the application tried to run. So, i tried to find the solving and now i got it. See the step below :
1. Download SAMP v 0.3 from it original source | link : http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php
2. When finished download, install it to the GTA San Andreas folder directory.
3. After complete installation, don't run the SAMP. You need to have some change. At GTA SA folder, check for samp.exe application. Right click on it and click properties.
4. Select Compatibility tab.
5. In Compatibility mode option, check on ' Run this program in compatibility mode for : ' option. Then when OS selection is unlocked, select Windows XP ( Service Pack 2 ).
6. Then, in privilege level option, mark on check box ' run this program as an administrator '
7. After that, click ok.
8. Run samp.exe
9. If the application appear, now you have solve your problem. Now it will work fine as on Windows XP SP2 os.
